Carrie, Office Manager
We are so excited to have Carrie join our team! She comes to us with over 22 years of dental experience, after having worked in her father’s orthodontic practice as a teenager. She graduated from University of Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Group Communication. As such, she truly enjoys getting to know our patients and her customer service approach is top notch!
In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and daughter. Carrie also enjoys teaching ski lessons after having grown up in our beautiful Colorado mountains.
Hanna, Registered Dental Hygienist
Hanna is a North Dakota native and has enjoyed living in Colorado since 2016. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree at Hygiene School in Minnesota. Hanna loves helping patients achieve their best oral health. She takes extra continuing education classes to ensure her patients are receiving the most advanced and up to date care as possible. She truly loves working in dentistry and her favorite part about it is really getting to know her patients and developing a relationship with them.
Hanna has one little girl that keeps her very busy! She has a Border Aussie, that is 2, named Basil. In her off time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, bouldering, camping, and yoga.
Christy, Registered Dental Hygienist
Christy is a Michigan native but has settled with her family in Colorado. She completed her Associates degree in Dental hygiene in 2013 from Kellogg Community College where she graduated as the Valedictorian of her class. She then went on to earn her Bachelors degree in Dental hygiene in 2018 from St. Petersburg College. She believes in the power of education both as a professional and as the patient. She says that “the more you learn, the more you know.. and the more you know, the more you can do”. Educating her patients on their oral health and how that affects their overall health is her favorite part about her job. She also loves the way a patient lights up when they see their hard work at home pays off!
Outside of work, Christy loves to explore all that Colorado has to offer with her husband, Matthew, two children, and Golden Retriever, Bella. She and her husband love to be on the slopes in the winter!
Lili, Lead Dental Assistant
Lili is our lead dental assistant at Lesch Family Dental. She loves patient care and helping patients with all of their dental needs. Lili always has a bright smile and will make your visit very inviting and comfortable. She strives to create a positive dental environment to make people feel at ease in the dental chair.
Lili is currently working towards completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology, while maintaining a full-time schedule at our office. On her off days Lili loves spending time with her dog “Aspen” that is a 5 year old St. Bernard. In her free time you can catch Lili at the gym, traveling or spending time with her family!
Amanda, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Amanda is an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at Lesch Family Dental. She has been dental assisting for over 14 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our patients. Amanda enjoys all aspects of dentistry, has a gentle touch and calm manner that improves the patient experience! Her rapport with patients is like none other!
She has been married for 6 years to her husband, Mike, and they have two daughters. Amanda & Mike also have two dogs; Scout (a miniature schnauzer) & Cooper (Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier). When not working, Amanda loves to travel and spend time camping at the lake!
