Judy, Office Manager
Judy has been the office manager at this office for over 25 years. She enjoys getting to know patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable. She likes helping them with their insurance and treatment plans.
Judy enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, cooking (especially trying new recipes), reading and watching movies. She and her husband Tom live in West Arvada with their three cats. They have three grown children and three grandchildren.
April, Dental Hygienist
Teeth and tots are the major themes of April’s life. Mother of four grown and married children, she is now experiencing the joy of grandtots…she has 8! She has also been like a grandma to quintuplets for the last 15 years!
April graduated from Colorado Northwestern Community College and has worked in this office 13 years. She loves the relationships she has with her patients and enjoys working 2-3 days a week. April has a golden retriver dog named Chandler. She spends her days off working as a substitute preschool teacher and nanny…yep, teeth and tots!
Nicole, Dental Hygienist
Nicole graduated from Colorado Northwestern Community College with an associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 2003. She’s been working at this office for 13 years and loves building a rapport with our patients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and her two awsome kids. She also enjoys scuba diving, dirt bike riding and hiking.
Irene, Dental Hygienist
Irene has been a hygienist here for 10 years. She loves seeing improvement in her patients oral health and getting to know them…it’s very rewarding!
Irene met her husband Bob hiking and has been married for 14 years. She has two sons and one granddaughter and loves being a “Nana”! She volunteers at Life Spark, a non-profit that supports patients with cancer. If she’s not doing that, in her spare time you’ll find her hiking. She’s hiked coast to coast in England which was a short 191 miles! She’s also hiked from Denver to Durango on the Colorado Trail which was 500 miles! It’s safe to say she loves being on the trail!
Megan, Dental Assistant
Megan has been Dr. Lesch’s assistant for 7 years. She is very knowledgeable and helps calm even the most anxious patients. When she’s not spending time with her husband Chris and daughter Scarlet, she loves to read, draw, make her own yogurt and kefir, craft, sew and knit.
Megan is also an animal lover with a boxer, Rosie, and two cats, Oscar & Sophie.
